Has both ladders, all 4 steps, both couplers and railing. 7-wheel journals, vent pipes on hatch are not chipped. Decals are 90% & 10% good. 512 Same as above except 8-wheel journals decals 85% & 85% good. 508 Virginian hopper car. Car is complete. |
