C-5+. Tested and runs. Reverse and brake work. Hand levers works. Runs both directions. Windup works. Key seems vintage, but I do not see any manufacturer on it. Key has tarnish as pictured. It fits nicely but may not be the original key. Shell has lots of scratches as you can see and edge paint flaking on one side of boiler front. All as pictured.
